Description: Where the Atlantean mages have their Pentacle the Seers of the Throne have their Pyramid, instead of Orders they have Ministries, instead of Cabals they have Pylons, and instead of Archmasters they have Tetrarchs. Oh, and each Ministry is run directly by a Minister, who is the absolute authority on earth for all members of that Ministry.

The defining difference at the heart of the division between the two factions is that the Seers serve the Exarchs, the self-made gods who rule over this cosmos and seek to establish utter control & order over all of human existence for all time, while the Atlanteans of the Pentacle wants to remove the Seers and their Exarch masters from power, so everyone with magic can be free to do whatever they want with it.
